Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Our Error: If the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline: You can expect to receive your refund within about four weeks of us receiving the returned package. This timeframe includes the transit time for the return, our processing time (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days).
